This 2½-day interactive course for professional staff supervisors provides leadership skills and approaches tailored specifically to women in law enforcement. Participants will explore innovative methods to become strong, authentic, and successful leaders while building the confidence and skills needed to advance their careers and positively influence their organizations.

Janet Davis is a retired Chief of Police and Certified Leadership Coach. She developed this course from firsthand experience as a Chief of Police and Certified Leadership Coach, recognizing the need for leadership training that addresses the unique challenges and opportunities women face in law enforcement.
