Domestic Violence for Dispatchers

This course is designed for dispatchers and supervisors who are responsible for the receipt of domestic violence calls, the management of those calls, and the dispatch of first responders. It provides up-to-date information to assist dispatchers in the safe and successful handling of domestic violence incidents.  Instructors will also discuss protocols and issues specific to your area and jurisdiction.  This training is free.
